He offers individual and group Mindfulness trainings and psychological counselling and therapy.

The term counselling in this context does not mean to provide only advice, because the complexity of challenges our life often brings doesn´t allow to work only with pregiven instructions and solutions. The counselor is more a guide, who primarily stimulates your own search, your resources and your answers, because he believes that you have them already in yourself. I work with the assumption that you yourself are the best source of solutions to your problems. My task is therefore to do my best to understand you and your situation, be your support and ally in following what is present, offer feedback and let myself be guided in our joint work by your natural inner wisdom.

- psychosomatic diseases and symptoms
- sleeping disturbances
- dealing with serious or life-threatening illness (of yourself or your close people)

- dealing with strong emotions- e.g. fear, anxiety, panic, anger, depression etc.

- loneliness, difficulties in social contacts, feelings of failure at work, school or private life
